1. What we collect

Account information you provide (name, email, workspace details), usage data about how you interact with the product, and the content you route through flows, which we process solely to execute those flows on your behalf.

2. How we use it

To run your flows, operate and improve the service, communicate with you about the product, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the content of your flows to train models.

3. Run payloads and retention

Step inputs and outputs are retained according to your plan's run-history window, or your custom retention settings on Enterprise, including zero-retention mode. Deleting a run deletes its payloads.

4. Subprocessors

We use a small set of infrastructure providers to deliver the service. The current list, including region information, is available on request and is contractually bound to equivalent protections.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data. Write to privacy@gorunner.io and we will respond within the statutory window.
