1. The service
GoRunner provides a workflow automation platform, available as a cloud service and, on applicable plans, as self-hosted software under license. GoRunner is commercial software; no open-source license is granted.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your sign-in methods, and the activity of users in your workspace.
3. Acceptable use
Flows may not be used to violate law, send spam, infringe rights, or probe systems you do not own. We may suspend flows that endanger the platform or other customers, and we will tell you when we do.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance. Run overage is metered at the plan's published rate. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
5. Your data
You own your flows and the data passing through them. We process that data only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement.
6. Warranties and liability
The service is provided with the uptime commitments of your plan. To the extent permitted by law, liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms with notice proportionate to the change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
